2009 Oscars Interactive Photo Hunt!
(Client: DailyFill.com) I created this using the annotations technology within YouTube. With 62 videos receiving over 6.5 million views, this use of video linking had never been seen before. It pushed the limits of interactivity in YouTube and made critics question if this type of interactive methodology - trumping the passiveness in most video viewing today - represents a future for the YouTube experience. The photo hunt was the 7th most viral video in the world for 3 days, engaged users on Youtube for dozens of minutes, and managed to receive 60% of its viewership from non-English speaking countries, this being a key factor for viral growth.
